Shipping / Pickup of Certificates
If you choose to have gift cards / certificates sent to you via regular mail, BarterPay will not be responsible if your package is lost in the mail.
We highly recommend for larger value packages that you either pickup from our office or schedule a courier to come pick them up on your behalf. For flat $30 charge we will arrange the courier.
Prior to coming to our office please check to make sure that your order is ready for pickup.
All purchases of gift cards/certificates are final sale.
We cannot warranty or guarantee that gift cards/certificates will be redeemable beyond the date that they are purchased. You are purchasing directly from the vendor of the product/service that the gift card/certificate can be redeemed for. If that vendor goes out of business, sells their business or otherwise is unable to accept payment via the gift card/certificate, any return of barter credits would be limited to the balance remaining in the vendors account. Where a return of barter credits is possible, the gift certificate must be returned to the BarterPay corporate office prior to the return of barter credits being processed.
